Delete Your Account

You can delete your Vantora account and associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the App

Open Vantora, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request Deletion Here

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in, submit a request below and we'll delete your account within 30 days of verifying your identity.

This opens your email app with a pre-filled request to support@biovantixlab.com. We'll confirm your identity before deleting anything.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile, login credentials, and intake information
• Dose logs, protocol history, progress photos on your device, and biometric data synced from Apple Health
• Messages and order history associated with your account

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, order records needed for tax and accounting, or data already shared with your clinic as part of care they provided. See our Privacy Policy for details.
